New Holland TC 30 HST
I talked to my Dealer today and he is still waiting for rear mounted hydrolic valve for the snoblower shute. My new
TC 30 HST is suppost to be ready wensday. I swear I am
dreaming about this new toy... Is this normal??? My G-friend
said i have been acting a little hyper and she is right. This
wait is taking it toll on my well being, anybody else get
effected about the waiting period. I guess I have not felt
like this for about 30 yrs or so waiting for X-Mas to come /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Iam Building a new 3 car garage and that excitment does not
even come close... Why is this? Perhaps the dealer should
have gave me a week supply of Darvon J/K. Will let you all
know soon.

Chris I am sure that you have heard the old expression, "The only difference between men and boys is the price of their toys." We all have them (toys that is)....... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Chris, I guess it's normal, I'm not sure....From the day I bought my new Cub 5234D I was all wired up, this lasted for 8 days. I was waking up thinking about my new tractor, I had dreams about the tractor. I woke up at 4am on delivery day. Now that I have a new tractor I spend much more time in the garage than I ever had. I'm having too much fun with my tractor /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif....My wife is becoming jealous I think.

I think this is related to the car disease also... esp. when they have 425 hp engines and fiberglass bodies. Common sense does not rule in situations like this. It is kinda like... can I have it yesterday? Good luck with the blue!!

Perfectly normal. Imagine if they had the tractor and you had to wait for 6 weeks for the loader to show up? I was paying my TN visits on the dealer lot just to make sure she was ok (OK....to make sure I was OK). My wife was like...what the heck are you doing? I took off work the day it was delivered to follow it home and watch it being unloaded.

Chris . . . I live in Indiana, and here we have to wait 7 days to pick up a handgun. But if you get a concealed weapons permit, you can pick out a gun and take it home with you the same day. Seems to me that you should get a concealed tractor permit in NY and that way you could have just taken it home when you picked it out. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif As for your girlfriend saying you are not normal, she is simply jealous of your new love.

Chris

I can't blame you - I stopped at H&M this morning and saw your machine, very nice setup! It was sitting right where mine was just before delivery, hope it was on the truck today.

I see what you mean about the backhoe setup, very heavy duty.

I can tell you from my experience last year, the hydraulic chute on the blower is worth the wait. It is my favorite option on my tractor.

Hi Brad and all,

I got the phone call at 9:00am and it was on the way /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
There it was, comming up my driveway on a flatbed.
We unloaded and went thru the basics, the delivery guy, who is also the field mechanic was very good and took extra time
to help unhook the backhoe and hook up the brush hog.
I cut about 6 acres today with no problem and was having fun. I was pleased with the power and ease of the way the tc
30 performed. I stopped about 4pm and cooked a nice steak
dinner for my hun, she had to go out and so I hopped back on
and then things went down hill from there.(not the tractor).
I was in the field and looked at my house and saw somebody
standing on my steps, I thought it was one of my buds so I
headed for the ranch, the guy saw me and walked to my back yard. I thought he was looking at the backhoe, all of the sudded he bolted in the woods, he was trying to break in.
Go figure, Sheriffs called, no catchie..do know this, where he bolted is FULL of puckerbrush and thorney growth, and I mean
thick /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Hope he enjoyed it. Doubt he will be back. Pics
comming soon.
