I needed to grind some stumps the other day so I hooked up my woodland mills grinder that had not been used in over a year and went to town. Well, I didn't bother to check the slip clutch {never crossed my mind} and now I think I broke something expensive.
Half way into the 4th stump the pto stopped turning and a grinding sound from the tractor started. I've obviously broken something in the transmission. It's a 2016 Boomer 37 hydro. Anyone have any experience with a problem like this? Or know of someone in the midlands of SC that could work on it? Or am I better off buying a new tractor?
