I found over the years that a 60" HiLift jack (with wheel lift hook straps) is very useful at the homestead, not only for yanking trucks and trailers skyward, but also for situations such as the above.
The HiLift can be a spreader (like "jaws of life"), a giant c-clamp, or a come-along, and it's very handy for lifting a front corner of a long travel IFS truck by the wheel (where, if you try to lift such a beast by the frame with a small jack, the suspension just extends and the wheel stays on the ground).
