I bet they were moving fast and ran up something that acted as a ramp on one side. In that case it does not take something very high.

It was right after the MayDay parade in Moscow where the Russians parade all there stuff thru Moscow.

It is an SU100 self propelled gun. About 32 tons. They are old don't know why one would be in the parade.
