Barlows will be delivering the new L4060 Tomorrow. Steve called and said that they can deliver it tomorrow and it will be here around 4. Can you FREAKING EXCITED!!! :cool2:
I'll post pictures when it gets here. I asked Steve if he knew John Thomas and he chuckled. He said he knew him very well and that he bought allot of equipment from him. I told Steve that John told to ask Steve to send me a hat. He chuckled again and said that he would send a couple up.
I have to brag here for Barlows. They gave me a price that blew away any other dealer local and online. With my trade in and the new tractor, with the Kubota 5 years same as cash, the lowest payment that anyone could come to was $505 a month with my configuration. That was a local dealer. Barlows payment is just a little over $400 a month. I don't know how they do it. That also includes delivery to the Pittsburgh, Pa area. He is also bringing up a 72" box blade that I am going to pay cash for. Also, I just ordered this tractor last week, so it took a total of 10 days to get the tractor in, build it and get it delivered. My local dealers couldn't do that.
Steve was so awesome to deal with. When I first talked to him originally, he was so laid back that I didn't think he was concerned too much, so I wasn't sure how this was going to go. It went extremely well. He's laid back, but he listens very well and really knows his stuff. That took a little getting used to for me.
One other thing, I talked to him this past Wednesday to see if everything came in. He said the tractor just did. He also said that the one tractor that he located originally, he was looking into it and found out that it has been sitting on the lot for awhile, so he located another one and he was able to get one that just came off of the line. He said I would be getting a fresh tractor. He didn't have to do that, but he did. What guy and what a business.
