Where do you set the throttle when trying to start? I have a couple small engines that are ridiculously sensitive to that, and until I figured out the proper throttle positions for cold start and warm start, they were a pain in the butt to deal with, and would flood rather than start. If I follow the right procedure, they start on one pull like clockwork. If I deviate, no dice.

I've tried following the recommendation from the LCT (mfr) sticker, full throttle, full choke, 3x primer; tried with it in mid and low throttle position, choke on and choke off, no luck.

This am I did the same thing, pulled it 3x with no luck, plugged in the elec starter, and it roared right up (tried this procedure last night with no luck).
I'm giving up, just ordered a new carb from Amazon, 50$. If this doesn't cure the issue I'm junking the machine and looking for something with tracks and a B&S or Kohler engine.
Interestingly consumer reports lists Husq blowers as "too unreliable to recommend". The marketing genius who decided to save a couple of bucks and source LCT engines really needs to be fired, haven't seen or heard a good thing about them.
