Let me start from the begining....
I purchased my BX1500 some time around May of this year. With in 3 weeks of owning it, my neighbor asked me to do him a "favor" and mow his 3/4 acre lot while he was on vacation. Being that the tractor was still new, I was happy to get more seat time. Well, through a combination of grass that had not yet been cut (remember it was late May/early June) and a few "pops" /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif of the adult variety, I wacked a good size rock with the mower. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif This caused a serious bend in the chute side blade, but fortunately no other damage. Well, I put a call in to my selling dealer, R&M Sales in Pontiac, Michigan to order a new set of blades. When I arrived at the dealer (R&M Sales) to pick them up, the owner, who had not seen nor heard from me since I took delivery, asked "Didn't I just sell you that tractor?". I filled him in on what happened, and after a good lecture and a few laughs, he GAVE me a new set of blades. NO CHARGE!!!
Fast forward to yesterday... I have just turned 50 hours on the BX (no other stupid stunts), and headed to the dealer (R&M Sales) to get needed filters and fluids for my recommended maintenance. After a little small talk with the owner, I leave with an engine oil filter and 3 qts. of engine oil; all for FREE!! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif He says to me "The first one is on me."
So, the moral of my long winded ramblings is... If you are in or near South East lower Michigan and need a Kubota, parts, attachments, etc. visit R&M Sales on Walton Blvd. in Pontiac. You will not be disappointed.
Did I mention the dealer was R&M Sales??? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
