I Just Discovered the Android App for TBN

I'm planning on getting my first android smart phone sometime this week. So when I do, I'll have to give the tbn app a try.

Get a keyboard app like SlideIT. I wouldn't use mine nearly as much without it.

I cannot recommend SwiftKey enough. Its prediction engine is so good that, even if you make a ton of typos, it often guesses the right word. It has made typing longer messages on my phone bearable again.

Chad I got my first smartphone thru StraightTalk either from Walmart or straighttalk.com I was a loyal Verizon user for over 15 years or more. My carrier was bought out by Verizon about ten years ago (GTE). The Samsung Proclaim is on the Verizon network and at $45 kicks the $98 a month I was paying. The TBN loaded great on it and use it frequently. The $45 a month is unlimited text, messages and internet. 3G too <no contract>. This wasn't mean't to be a promotion for either mentioned but when your retired, every dollar counts. Thanks to whoever developed it for. It works great. -robert

I got the smartphone a few months ago. And even though I got the huawei ascend 2 that's on the sprint towers and I have no sprint coverage here.

(Straighttalks website listed it in the available phones that would work in my zip code.)

I was disappointed when it said this technology doesn't work in your area.

I could have returned the phone but decided to just keep it and use it on my wifi.

I can even use it to make calls over my wifi with icall.

I'm still gonna get that proclaim though since I do have Verizon coverage here.

I'm using the tbn app to post this and I love it.
