I've had it for 3 years, and it just runs!
Today after the long HOT summer, it was time to shred the front field. The beast started in the first 3 seconds of cranking, ran for 3 hours, sipped some fuel, and I enjoyed being able to work outside without worrying about bursting into flames.

This is the best purchase I've made in a VERY LONG TIME. - at least since I bought an engagement ring for my wife.

I gave a long hard look at the 3510. Great looking tractor and it gives the feeling that you are sitting in the tractor as opposed to being perched on top of it. They wanted $19,600 for the tractor which was too rich for my blood. Too bad but it is one of my favorite Mahindras. I didn't give my wife an engagement ring but bought a tractor instead. She was all for it. I knew she was a keeper right then.

I am pretty fond of mine also. It's plenty big enough for what I need, easy on the fuel, and runs like a top. I actually just got a new canopy and hope to have it installed this weekend. It's quite a workhorse for what it is and a very good purchase on my part. I was pretty lucky, purchased mine a couple years back with blade, box blade, and bush hog. All this for 18.2k. We'll see how she handles the test of time, but so far it's been really good all around machine.

+1. My little 3510 has amazed me with the things it has done that I didn't think possible. In the last month I probably moved 50,000 pounds of hurricane debris with it, and it never missed a lick. I think the 3510 is one of the best little big tractors on the market.

I'm glad your machine was up to it, but sorry that you got hit that hard by Ike.

Thanks for the condolences Larry, but it was Gustav that did our trees in instead of Ike. We own a mobile home park with lots of trees. Everybody loves them until they fall down. Here's a couple of pics of the carnage.

djw, what implements did you use to move all of those limbs?

I used my home-made pallet forks that clamp and strap to the bucket. If the stuff was stacked right, I could pick up a huge pile without getting off the tractor. Not everybody stacked them right though, and there was a lot of hand loading. It had me wishing for a grapple daily.
