This is a very common problem- especially with older implements. The Cat 1 dimensions for implements are only a guideline, and not all implements adhere to it. The i-match is designed to work with implements designed for it's specifications- which is by no means all Cat 1 implements. There are limited options to fix the problem, the most important thing, is if you buy new implements- make sure they fit first. Other options are to return the i-match and purchase a quickhitch with an adjustable toplink connection (although this won't fix any problems if you can't hook up the drawbars). The other is to purchase Pat's Easy Change (available on this board). This gives you the greatest flexibility- but you will have to manually connect the toplink, and for some, this negates the reason to have a quickhitch at all. Plenty of folks also grab a welder and adjust the implement to fit the quickhitch. I have a quickhitch with an adjustable toplink that works with my implements, but when I rent a tiller I have to take off the quickhitch to use it. If I were to do it over again, I'd go with Pat's Easy Change as I just want it to be easier to hook up implements, and don't do it so often that I mind getting off the tractor to hook up the toplink.
