I need a 13.6x28 6 ply for my MF 231S

I washed and waxed my MF in preparation for an upcoming church hayride. I noticed one rear tire is badly weathered and has a rather large cut in the sidewall. Its a Goodyear brand tire. The lugs are chewed up and it is overdue for replacement. The other rear is a Goodrich in very good shape. So, I need only replace the one tire. I use the tractor for mowing only (and church hayrides) so, I'm looking at low cost tire alternatives. Any suggestions?
