This looks like a neat attachment for those dedicated task of limb. removal, etc. The top of grapple attachments is controlled by the curl cylinder. less weight than using a bucket with grapple. You can see your work better. I don't know the price.

Without the cylinders to increase the cost of the unit and the extra expense of having to add extra hydraulics to your tractor, they are very economical solution (especially for smaller CUTs), starting at around $1000 for a set of two.

I have an ANBO like shown in the picture and it is still in perfect shape after about 5 years. Was about $2K with shipping at the time. I use it mainly for tree slash and logs. Main thing is to look at the various styles, as some are better for certain tasks than others.
