I need to clean/lube fore & aft seat rails - Kubota Grand L 3560

After two days of Bush Hogging, the seat rails on my Kubota L3560 are so packed with dirt and dust that I cannot move the seat forward nor aft.

I blew out all the crud high pressure air could reach to no avail.

How do you take a Grand L seat apart to get to the rails?

All Grand L XX60 series have the same complex air-ride seat.
