I need your help with my project please

I'm about 2/3rds done installing a Kubota Z620 (runs nice) into a Bolens Duratrac GT2000. What I need is a good used regulator for the Dynamo. I believe any of the 4 wire dynamo regulators will work. If you have upgraded your charging system or just have a good regulator you would be interested in selling I would like to hear from you.

Sorry I can't help with the regulator problem, but I would like to see some pictures of your project. Do you already have a thread going on the conversion that I have missed ??

No I haven't started another thread on this but I can post some photo's tonight. I did take pictures of the engine hanging above the tractor before I mounted it. I can take some today now that the engine, radiator and such are installed. As it turned out I'm really appreciating my past in metal fabrication as just about everything had to be hand made. Now that I have it up and running I'm eager to start using it.
I'm not installing a regular alternator because of the way this dynamo is attached to the engine. This engine has no water pump and the dynamo is placed were the water pump would normaly be positioned. And to be honest, I'm about to the point that I would rather be driving it than working on it. :confused2: The hood is all Fiber glass so installing the cowl induction scoop should be pretty straight forward. This will be the air supply for the radiator and allow room for the taller engine. I've never had a Garden tractor with power steering and cruise contol so I'm looking forward to completing this project. I can run it for a while without the regulator but I'm afraid the electric fan & booster pump is going to draw down the battery before the lawn is done.
