Not sure what the difference is between the QA and skid steer QA. My bucket has two handles to release with a plate on each side that catches on a lip to re-attach.

You have the skid steer QA. The other Kubota QA has pins that have to be pulled at the bottom. My L3240HST had the skid steer QA and my B3200 has the pull the pins QA.
