I thought I Broke My Tractor this morning. I decided to practice removing and hooking up the backhoe on my BX25. First time virgin!!!! I read the manual several times, and watched many videos. Good to go right? Wrong. I followed the instructions to a tee, or so I thought. The backhoe ended up twisted, off the tractor on the ground. I was sure I had broke the darn thing. I was frightened. I regrouped, reread and started again, this time with some minor adjustments to the directions. Backed up "Booty" the Kubota, hooked up the hoses and prayed. Played with the backhoe for a few seconds and low and behold it began to straighten up. Hooked it up to the tractor and away I went. I unhooked and rehooked 5 more times till I got comfortable. My biggest problem was getting the pins out. It is easy now. "Booty" is fine, no damage except for some orange paint scrapes near the hooks.
