I want a truck for Christmas

It's amazing what people will do for a new truck.
I think you need a new truck and trailer. That's the only way to make the pain go away.
BTW You just sold me on a thumb for my BX. Is that a Brotek or wallenstein?

We had an ice storm last night, and the tree couldn't handle it, apparently. It uprooted and fell just where I happened to have my truck parked! I have a pile of stone where the truck is normally parked.

Nothing but liability insurance. Hoping home owner's will cover it, but I don't know about that... I'll find out tomorrow!

In the attached picture, you'll see how it uprooted. The tiny tree next to this fallen tree is a tree that my wife and I planted when we got married. It has a tiny little nick on it, but should be okay.

I wish it had fallen on the trailer I have, since it's too small for my BX! That's the Wallenstein thumb. Definitely came in handy today! I could not let the tree roll down the hill as I cut it up.

Besides that minor dent in the roof it looks fine. Just cut the top off and make it into a convertible! You'll have the only one like it in town (one would hope).

I'm actually already considering that. When I've borrowed my brother's International Scout in the past and drove around in what is basically a rectangle with a windshield, I loved it! I may have a hard time passing inspection in PA, but hey, there's no windshield left to put the inspection stickers on anyway.
