Really only 2 distinct center hole ptterns in mower blades (except Deere), straight hole and star hole. Get under yours and look to ascertain what it is...

You mean RCK60B-23BX?
According to the parts interchange, the blades are the same between the 22 and 23.
I know of the center hole size change you're thinking of and believe that was just on the comercial zero turns.
