Ice Ribbons?

Anybody ever seen ice formations like these before. I just moved to Southern IL from Northern IL last summer. I was walking the woods one day and saw these ice formations. They all seemed to form around the base of same type of plant.

Very nice, the bottom one looks like it fell from above and froze again next time your there, look up

I've seen them a few times in my area (Upstate NY) but never photographed them. An internet search I did had several other people who posted many pics of the same Ice Ribbons.
