Ideas to patch a cracked seat?

Not really brand specific, but it's what I have.

Got a couple of age cracks in my tractor seat. Black plastic/vinyl, whatever they are.

No pictures right now, but I can add them if necessary.

Temp fix I use black gorilla tape. Real solution is to recover or replace. So far the LS has held up but I'm no like seat number 4 or 5 on the bota....

I did the tape thing for a few years on my seat, but eventually broke down and replaced... on two different tractors.

Not on tractor, but on snowmobile I bought a seat repair tape online. Very strong, and it lasted even with all the body english I use when I ride. Imagine on a tractor seat, it would last years...

What brand or type? I tape the ATV seats for a while before recovering, they see a lot of use here. Normally 10x more miles on ATV than cars....

Always ready for better answer and most stuff I've used does not survive the winter.

I made sure seat was clean, and warm. First time it was a cold seat and corners turned up after 1 ride.

... or the adhesive goes too soft in a hot shed in summer, and fails to hold up to the stress of the crack pulling apart.

I've found tapes that work in summer, and I've found tapes that work in winter, but I've never found any that hold up on a seat in all seasons. They either crack in winter, or the adhesive goes too soft in summer.
