Idle speed on a 2810

I have a 1985 2810 and I was wondering what the idle speed should be. Someone has messed with the idle speed on it, and I am trying to get it back to were its supposed to be. Also what should be the speed at WOT. Thanks!

Low Idle Speed 600-850 rpm

High Idle Speed 2225-2275 rpm
