I recently bought a used 3 point controller assembly/box for my 1967 IH 2504. Of course when I put it on it didn't work. I opened it up to find all the linkage disconnected. I put it back together properly and voila, she worked. At least for a little while. Now she's not working again. Open it up, this time linkage was all still good.
Does the big 'valve body' with lever on the side need to be in a certain position?
Does anybody know how many positions this lever is supposed to have?
What might be some common causes for the 3 point not working that I can look for?
