IH 254 radiator cap

Looking for a radiator cap for an IH 254 (mid 80's).
I see them priced online at $100 + .
Is there something special about these caps that make them so pricey?


Does anyone know of an aftermarket manufacturer priced a little more reasonable?

It's a Mitsubishi built tractor which should be very common worldwide, can't think of any reason the rad cap would be special.

Steve254 why don't you take your cap to a NAPA
auto parts store and have them get you a replacement??

I had thought of NAPA.
Just want to see if anyone knew of anything special about it.
Looks like a typical radiator cap.....
