IH 3616 tractor loader with 3131 backhoe attachment dies when hydrolic levers are pul

Hello everyone,
I own a IH3616 loader/ backhoe and when I pull the levers to operate the backhoe the motor will bog down or even die. It does the same with the loader, but not as bad, so I am still able to use the loader portion of the machine. The last time I used the machine I no longer had the ability to swing the hoe back to the left. It would swing to the right but I had to have someone pull it to the left to get it back into the center position. At the times when I am using the loader or just driving the backhoe and outriggers start to drop so I am consistently having to reach back and pull the levers to lift them, but the of course the machine boys down and I lose all power

Can anyone help me diagnos the problem I am having and what I should try to do to fix it. Also, does anyone know the best place to find parts

If your engine bogs down, then something is using hyd power and the relief are trying to relieve.

I would install a pressure gage in a tee in the IN port of the first valve and see what pressure is displayed with all valve levers in neutral.

You should only go into relief when the a hyd component is at it's max potential.

Make sure the return lines are free and not kinked.

Check all QD's if you have them.

You might try uncoupling the BH and see if that is the problem.
