I have a IH 584 with hydraulic problems. It first had problems with lifting the 3-pt hitch, things got worse now it wont lift the hitch at all and the power steering dosn't always work well. I have added tractor fluid with no positive result. I am thinking about locating the MCV (multi control valve) and checking to see if it is stuck. does any one know where to find said MCV and how does it come out?
