I have 196? International B 414 that the fuel shut off was left pulled out while trying to crank it. This tractor has a 12v fuel pump. I have purged the air from the filter, purged the two screws on the side of the injector pump and cracked the high pressure injector lines. I still do not have fuel through the high pressure lines. Please help!!!!!
