Wow, I have done a lot of things, but 37 Baler, Neighbor purchased a baler 7 years ago. Never used it. been sitting outside, So I took it upon myself to take it, clean it, disassemble, and put it back to work.
yep, purchased a service manual, and a setup manual.
Knotters, little sand paper- smooth as a baby bottom
bill hooks, little sand paper- not as smooth as a baby bottom
twine disks, yea the book doesn't tell you have to adjust, thank god for mechanical knowledge.
Needles, were both off by an 1/8"
needless to say, lots of time and dedication. The owner, said," the guy I got it from said it baled like a charm". I like to know what charm, I want to stay away from it.
So, a little elbow grease, so un chosen words, a few nicks in the old hide and many hours, its is spitting them out like lucky charms.
any words of wisdom?
