Can anyone tell me what engine gas or diesel that I could replace the original engine with

With adapter plates, probably any engine is doable. Back in the early days of tractor pulling, I've seen more than several F-12's/14's with small block Chevy's in them.
I guess first I'd have to ask what the intentions are for the tractor. If you want a working tractor, something more in line with an engine from a Farmall A, B, or C would be more comparable in cubic inch, and horsepower, plus the fact they have a governor to control engine rpm's when working it.
Is the cylinder head the major problem with the engine in it..?? Just thinking fixing what you have may be less expensive than adapting another engine to it.
I'd have to guess there are about any parts available out there to fix what you have, that really aren't advertised. Just a suggestion, but I'd try posting a "want to buy" ad on TractorHouse. https://www.tractorhouse.com/ Open the link posted and look top right of page. Opening that link of want to buy will open a window for you to register with them. Have to do that because of spammers. Then you'll fill out a form for what you are looking for. In this case, a good general description of F-14 engine should do. There are a lot of people selling parts that aren't listed on their salvage parts page. I've used it more than several times to find hard to find parts for some of my tractors, and machinery. You simply post the ad, and they call you. I've gotten reply's in as little as an hour, or up to 48 hours later. I'd suggest not jumping on the first one but wait the 48 hours to see if anymore call. Just write down the info for those that may call, with location, and price. Something that big, shipping will make a big difference. It may even be within driving distance. Just some food for thought, and an option to explore.
It only takes 10 minutes or so to complete the registration and form for what you're looking for, and let it do the work for you. Pretty sure the stipulations say it guarantee's customer satisfaction.

The tractor has everything working fine except the motor. The head has a 3 to 4 inch long and about 1 inch wide hole. To make matters worse the engine is completely sized. I have unsized motors before but this one would need everything new, not worth it, that’s why I would like to replace the motor. It won’t be a working tractor.
