I almost ran properly all day today. I used the S-R lever all I could, though if I got in a tight spot my foot still instinctively jumped on the pedal. With practice I'll get it. I got my speed right as well, by using the adjustable stop. Some days ya feel like... 'why didn't I think of that on my own'... but anyway, very glad to have the help so thanks again!
