IHC 240 tractor ignition timing.

I'm new here and this has probably been posted before so please forgive.
My neighbor has an IHC 240 tractor. How is the ignition timing checked and adjusted?

I could have typed it out, but scanning it from ther manual seemed a lot quicker this morning... Look at paragraph 67.

Timing marks are on the crankshaft pulley. Look for a pointer, and DC ( Dead Center) on the pulley, and align.

Just take note of rotating the distributor. Camshaft turns the opposite direction, than the crankshaft, so you would roll the top of the distributor towards you as a starting point.

Also make sure the points are set pretty well dead nut on the 0.020, as dwell angle will change the timing.
