I'm considering a used 930 hours, GX133 John Deere stand behind mower

I need to mow a bit over 3 acres, only about 1/2 to 1 acre is good quality yard, the rest is field grass hills, trails, access roads, and old pasture.

I'm just asking if there are any OBVIOUS gotcha's I need to consider with this potential mower.
