I\'m spent
Wow. I'm glad I am done. I got up at 4:30 this morning to help a friend set up an auction he was doing. For those familiar with the Thumb, it is in Caseville. Left at 5 am and got to the site at about 6. Even that early in the morning it was hot and very humid. My brother helped, too. We hauled lots of furniture out of the house. There were also 5 wagon loads of stuff. The wagons are those kind of hay wagons that you stack the hay up on. There was also a basement we hauled stuff out of and two sheds. The house and basement was not set up the way I would like. There were stairs. Rolled the wagons out and got that set up. The auction started at 11. Another auctioneer was helping, too. It is a big auction. My friend said they hoped to be done by 5pm, but with all the stuff, there is no way I can see that they are going to make it. I hope the rain stays away. We are in a Tornado watch right now. There are lots of people there. We left at 12 so I got to watch some of the auction. I was just too sore and tired to stay the rest of the time. I went to bed last night at 11:20pm. Woke up at about 1 am. Shortly after a cop goes wizzing by at what seemed like 100mph with the siren on. Then I woke up again at 2, then about 3, then 4. Finally dosed off again to hear the alarm clock go off at 4:30. I love auctions, too. There was an aircraft prop I was interested in. Would've liked to grab that. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
