Check this out, looks like the same clutch, only it was taken 40-60 miles away.
Click the link and scroll 2/3 down. These are said to be Gopher tortise eggs. I figured that Tortoises would lay them in the burrow but, if this is correct, they sometimes drop them on the ground....I guess:confused3:.

They sure look the same, I can tell you they are not turkey buzzard or Fla black buzzard eggs . Those are longer and brown spotted.

Good thing "Jurassic Park" was just a movie!:laughing: I thought Turtles buried their eggs, most of the time. Also don't gators bury theirs in a mound? I was born in Orlando, but only remember "seeing" gators in the Everglades.
