I'm pretty sure I did rotate the balls to the Cat 1 holes. I do have the ones that have Cat 1 and 2 holes. I think I will try it again.

I bought the Cat II JD iMatch hitch for my 5075M. Have to convert all my Cat I attachments that fit my old iMatch with the adapter sleeves.

Considered buying another Cat I iMatch but figured it made more sense to just buy sleeves and the Cat II stuff would work as is - if they were QA. Able to use both Cat I and Cat II attachments that way.

The Speeco E-hitch will do the job without adapters. Speeco is now using the p/n HF141160 and TSC sells it.
Chadincolo ( a member of this forum ) is the designer of the E-hitch.

I used the iMatch on my 4320 to hook up my MX6 mower and a Buhler Rear blade. It was a perfect fit for those 2 implements. I know that other "non-iMatch" implements can be made to fit. It usually requires fabrication and welding that is well beyond my level of expertise. The lift arms on my new 5083E Limited have "draft balls(?)" that are too wide to fit into the iMatch channels. Deere says the iMatch should fit but it doesn't.

i had to get the category 2 iMatch for the 5E ... it is twice as stout & twice the price
