2019 Mahindra 3650 HST
Hey yall, first post after joining. Good lord, I have not been on a forum in ages, but I need some advise and tips from the knowledgeable folks on here. I've got a 2019 3650, bought used with only 37hrs on it. Seems to have sat most of its life which is unfortunate. I myself have already racked up around 100hrs on it in the short couple of months that I've owned it and have noticed some things that I would like to alter or fix.
First would be the joystick. It's sloppy! I'm talking about a good 3/4 to an inch in all directions. I've tried looking to see if there is some adjustability, but can't seem to find a nut or something to adjust. Maybe I overlooked something?
Second, rpms keep dropping when things get bumpy.
Third, I am 5'8" and I know I can't be the only who's noticed how short the seat is positioned, I can live with it, but I was thinking of some c channel or washers to bring it up an inch or two. Has anyone else modified the seat? What did yall come up with? Any help would be greater appreciated. Thank you!

Lastly, how does the cruise control operate on this tractor. The lever on the right doesn't seem to hold a speed. It seems to just return to its neutral position.

If it's like mine, press the HST pedal to the speed ya want, hold the cruise lever up, then while holding it up start to release the HST pedal. It should hook into one of the cruise notches. It'll release when ya hit the HST pedal or brake. Throttle sound like it needs a little snugging up at the throttle lever control.

I'll give that a go tomorrow. I don't know why I didn't think of that. My previous tractors, a 1626 and max 24 had different setups that I found to be more intuitive. I appreciate you chiming in on the subject.

That would be awesome. How much higher were you planning on going?

So I don't believe mine is set up that way. That didn't seem to do the trick. What model do you have?
