I just bought a little 3 point disc manufactured by Industrial Scientific Compnany, Fresno, Calif (Indusco). Long since gone out of business. It's an offset disc with six blades on each gang --- set up now to be about 57" wide but can be adjusted narrower. The name plate is nicely intact. It's a model 201. If you do an internet search you can easily find some great pics so I won't try to post any here for that reason --- mine have got to be worse.

Beyond the great pics there doesn't seem to be any other info available. Does anyone know where I might be able to get an owners manual or a set up manual or any other info?? My biggest question is: What size were the original disc blades?

Doesn't look like anyone has any information --- I'll kick it back up one time.

I have a model 202, offset disk, seven blades on each gang. Rear gang looks pretty good shape, around 20" diameter? Front gang more worn, front right disk is down to 16". Would be interested in some replacement disks, and also the owner's manual. Any info?

I just picked up a similar model in Nevada City, Ca. Is a Model 30-200 with Indusco 200 cast into disc holder frame. Have you learned anymore about this disc since you picked it up in 2012? How does it work for you? Have you had to replace the bearings? If so, where did you find them?

Thanks.

Hi Tmeyer. Thanks for finding this old thread. I haven't found out more about this disk. I usually use it once or twice a season to cut a firebreak around a 10 acre pasture. Last year I did use it a lot more heavily.

I haven't changed any of the disks or bearings. Not sure where I would find any parts. I do squeeze grease into all of the zerk fittings. And, I am careful not to stack weight on the disks in order to get a deeper cut. I don't want to strain the old frame, or also load my tractor too heavy.

It does work great for me. It is about the most disk my L3130 can handle anyway. The front gang is much more worn than the back gang. If I back into the disc to raise the front disks a little off the ground, and set the top arm of the three point hitch that way, I can put more weight on the back gang. A little less cutting action that way though.

Jeff
