Info. on B3030 50 hr service,

Well, I'm gettin close to my 50 hr service and was wondering what all I needed to change everything that is required at 50hrs ??, what kind of oil ( Kubota ,rotella,ect) and how much oil in the engine, which filters and ect. or if thiers a prior post on this service please direct me to it, I think I'm capable of tackling the task and would like to save a few dollars , THANKS For any help,

Here is a nice write-up on some of the things you'll be doing for the 50 hour service:
Kubota B-Series Fluids and Filters

Your owner's or service manual should list the fluid capacities. As I recall,
you'll change the engine oil and filter as well as the hydro fluid and the two hydro filters.

Your Owners Manual should list the fluid capacities and types required, filter part numbers, etc...

You'll probably get a pile of responses telling you to use/not use this or that fluid/filter, but pretty much any name brand product out there will work fine as long as it meets the OEM specs. Nothing wrong with using OEM, although the cost is generally higher.

Take your time and you'll be fine.
