info on old crimper?

I have an old crimper made by Meyer from Illinois. Not the Meyer from Dorchester WI.
It has an Innes pickup reel on it.
I have never seen a crimper with a pick up and haven't found anyone else who has either.
I have seen other hay equipment from this manufacturer.
I wonder if anyone around here knows anything about the manufacturer or the crimper.
