My 2005 CK 25 went in the off position and I had a dealer rebuild it after Kioti said no to even covering the labor back in 2010 with 238 hrs. Then just a few years ago it happened again but luckily I found the post at the top of this page as well as the other thread that was "CK 25 will not start". Mine went twice inside of 579 hrs and I repaired it this last time for maybe $150. Hopefully there won't be a third.

Maybe you could advise what the issue was and how you resolved it for $150?!

You should maybe check the speed governor. If it a manual governor a spring might be broken or coming unhooked.

From what I can see in various posts this is not hard to repair/rebuild the pump at home. If the common model year I understand the pump gears are readily available

Basically by replacing the control sleeves ( I believe that is what they are called) It is in THIS thread that starts on page 7. It was also very helpful reading the thread that is stickied at the top "Repair option for Kioti tractors with broken injection pumps".Maybe you could advise what the issue was and how you resolved it for $150?!
