I have a Kubota L3400 HST 4x4.
I want some hooks or something on the bucket. I have no access to a welder nor any welding skills.
I have been thinking these look like a good idea.
Here is the info on them:
4 Ton working load
3" X 2" bolt pattern.
4" X 3" outer dimensions.
Includes 1/2" Grade 8 hardware
Accepts 3/4" D-shackles
(Use only on a well-made steel bumper. For bumpers thinner than 3/16" steel, we recommend using a backing plate slightly larger than the dimensions of the shackle mount behind the off-road bumper when bolting on the shackle mount.
The backing plate info is:
1/4" thick steel.
3" X 2" bolt pattern.
1/4" wider than shackle mount.
My thinking is the that I could use a 3/4" D shackle or a grab hook depending on what I was doing.
I am not sure if I should/need to use a the backing plate on the bucket.
So what do you think about it?
