OK. Firstof all I accounted for all of the 94 pieces in the kit-complete. There are 27 steps to finish the installation and I am currently at step 18.
The first problem occured at step 8. "Place floor cover on top of the bed floor with the flat area toward the front and the ribs toward the rear. Locate and align the 3 holes on each side of the ribbed floor with the bed floor." I found that there were no pre-punched holes in the floor bed cover as there were in the sides, tailgate and headache pieces. Furthermore, I had to use a horseshoe rasp to square up the floor bed cover as it was cut uneven with humps and holes even before I started to drill out those six missing holes. In order to drill the six holes, (the two aft-one on each side of the tailgate area were easy-laying on my back on the concrete floor and drilling vertically) I had to use wood blocking and clamps at the remaining four holes after raising the dump bed and removing the rear fenders! It did work out.
I am now to step 18. "Beginning on the left side, place front side wall cover on it's bed side location, then push the center of the rail cover down so that it firmly seated in the correct position. Mark the position of the screws using the pre-drilled holes in the cover." PROBLEM: The factory sent me two identical right-hand pieces! SEE PHOTO.
