Not sure which belt you are talking about, so here's a link below to the whole L120 manual. Just find the section you need (at left - scroll down to view) and click on it.
You have to remove a guard on the bottom of the engine, slide the steering shaft up and remove the gear and remove a guard on the transmission. To get the new belt on
