Insulated Roof Panels for Patio Question

Look up SIPs building. Lots on utube. If this is just for a open patio with no walls and your trying to keep radiating heat from coming thru id do a radiant barrier like ATTIC FOIL brand. It can go under a metal roof (needs 1" air gap) or can go on underside of rafters.
