Well....cut the hole bigger than the inside flange but smaller than the outside flange. Drill a few holes and use some self tapping sheet metal screws from the outside to attach it to the metal wall. Caulk the bejesus out of it on the top and sides, and around the bottom but leave a weep hole or more in the bottom. it might also help to center it between the larger ribs and then you might also need to notch the remaining large center rib back so it sits flush better.
Or you could frame out an opening for it in wood or metal, or...or... or.. a million ways. A lot depends on how important the looks and weather tightness are to you.
