After fighting the condensation problem for the first year after purchase, I simply removed the instrument cluster from the dash and drilled three tiny holes in the plastic surround at the top, near where the flange meets the dash panel.
As the tractor/instrument cluster heats up, it allows the condensation to escape.
From then on and all these years later... problem solved.
