Just got this tractor.Was able to get it home via rollback truck. Rear wheels won't turn and I'm not sure what the best way to fix this.It has set for a few years outside.Could be frozen up clutch or brakes that are full of rust etc.Any ideas as to what to check first? Is there a way to see the clutch?Any help would be appreciated.Not sure if it will start but don't want to chance breaking anything.Also the tractor has a Henry L100 loader that I do not intend to use,any interest in it?

first I would drain the oil out of the engine, tranny and rear and check the oil for water and rust, you can also try to turn thr motor over by hand at the front crank pulley.

If it was parked with the brakes locked, could be the actuators are frozen, and/or the brake disc's rusted to the actuators, or brake housings. Remove the nut from the adjusting rod. 5-6 bolts, and the brake assy. will pull off in one piece. Not familiar with a Henry loader, so not sure if it attached to the rear axle or not. May not be enough room to remove the brake housings, with the loader attached.

Even if the clutch would be stuck to the flywheel, if in neutral, the rear wheels should still move.

If the brakes are not frozen up, I'd guess it may be stuck in two gears, at once. You'll need to remove the transmission cover. It is good sized, and heavy..!! Check the shifting forks to see if they are bent, or broken, or just plain worn.

As mentioned, if it's been sitting outside uncovered, I'd drain the tranny. I'd bet there is water present. Easier to check for broken gears, something broken, (ie: tooth off a gear, part of a bearing) and lodged between gears, etc. Check to see if there are two gears engaged. Try to get everything in the neutral position, then see if it will roll.

Could maybe even be an ear broken off the shifting rail, causing it to lock in two gears.

I'd check the brakes first, then check the trans.

Forgot to mention, there is a hand hole cover on the bottom of the clutch housing/torque tube. It should allow you to see the clutch/pressure plate assy., with a decent flashlight, or trouble light.

Have tractor jacked off ground.Drained all oils found no water.Rear wheels still won't budge.Clamped down clutch pedal,still no movement.I tried shifting transmission into some gear but it won't.Seems to be stuck in neutral.What would be my best move now?

Since it doesn't seem to want to shift, believe I'd remove the trans cover. Probably have to remove the seat, and I'm not sure how the hydraulic control is attached, but sure it will need to come off too. That is, if it is equipped with fast hitch. My 240, and shop manual are at the other farm, or I'd go out and check...

It will be heavy, so a chain hoist, or even an engine hoist sure would be handy..!!

If the brakes are in the locked position, it may keep it from dropping in a few gears, but thinking it should at least drop into one.

I am curious as to where the location you got the tractor from. Like in a barnyard, maybe where the trans. locked up, and they decided to sell, or just setting where they parked it, while maybe still operational.
