International 3414 Restoration

I bought an international harvestor 3414 tractor last year with an international 3120 backhoe on it last year. And I felt it was time to put a fresh coat of paint on it.

Your tractor looks great! I just bought a IH 3414. There is a plate screwed over the PTO. It looks like it didn't come with a PTO. Is there a way to install it? What would I need? I'd love to have a bushhog, but I need a PTO for that.
