International 500c crawler/Dozer

I have a International 500C that will not turn right. It started this problem yesterday. It appears that the whole clutch assembly stops turnning when I pull the left handle back. The left side works fine. Is this a sign of a bad clutch or is it something else? Darrel dchrist129@gmail.com

Check the transmission oil for water. Had the problem with the one I got and made a big differance

It had been setting up for a few years I watched a Video on youtube, guy got out in the Field run back and forth for about 3o minutes Stopping backing up etc his starting working
