The dozer blade don't move at all. The pump? just makes some protesting noises when operating the controls. The power steering and lift work fine. Anybody out there can help me find a solution please?

Sounds like the blade is getting deadheaded, check the couplers for the blade one might of come loose.

Thanks for responding so fast Leejohn. What do you mean by "deadheaded" It sounds very descriptive but my American English isn't so hot and my knowledge of hydraulic jargon neither. Have a nice day today.

If you are running a garden hose and you shut off all flow, that's deadheading.
