International Harvester 125b Crawler - Fuel lift pump question

Hi folks, I'm new on here.
A friend of mine has an IH 125b series2 Crawler and it's started filling the oil sump with diesel fuel. I had a look at it today to see if removing the fuel lift pump was an easy job, but it appears to be part of the injection pump body and therefore I would need to remove the whole injection pump. Is this correct?

I have no idea what age the machine is.
Any advice is greatly received.

Welcome to TBN.I can't help. The B series is before my time, I have not seen one like that. But there is a forum on old IH equipment called Red Power. Here is a link to the construction equip forum. Show your pics, they can probably help if you don't have any luck here. But you probably will. There are lots of knowledgeable and helpful members on TBN.
